the staff were attentive and helpful . also, the provided breakfast was a tasty and filling way to start the day.

the bathroom lacked some counter space. i had difficulty managing my toiletries near the sink and shower area. more shelving in the bathroom would solve the problem.

the staff gave tips about the city. They even gave gifts at the end of the stay. The owner was very attentive, REALLY accommodating, and kind. He extended our checkout.

The staff was helpful arranging outings. The hotel is in a quieter area, which I appreciated because the city is quite busy. The hotel was very clean and rooms were comfortable. I received a beautiful silk scarf at check-out. It was a lovely surprise!

The staff provided prompt assistance with luggage and inquiries. The reception desk offered currency exchange at a reasonable rate. They helped me book a taxi for an early morning departure. I am grateful.

Breakfast was delivered directly to my room with a variety of menu choices. I loved the Adrak wali chai. It was the ultimate taste. Room service was prompt and the food was AMAZING!!!
